Some businesses are built on spreadsheets and strategy decks. Mine aren't.

The founders I work with built something real first, a practice, a community, a room where people feel something, and figured out the brand later. They don't have a marketing department. They have a point of view, a loyal following, and a website that doesn't quite match the depth of what they're actually offering.

That's where I come in.

I'm Brie James. Brand strategist, Squarespace designer, and professional tarot reader. I've spent over a decade building brands inside the creative, wellness, and spiritual underground, occult apothecaries, rock and roll venues, massage practices, healers, makers, and independent founders who lead with intention and need someone who speaks their language before picking up a design tool.

My background doesn't fit neatly anywhere, and that's exactly why it works. I'm a licensed massage therapist, a UX researcher, a Live Nation production runner, a ritual columnist, a workshop facilitator, and a longtime member of the communities I serve. I built my own wellness practice, Ritual Haus, from the ground up. I wrote monthly ritual columns tying tarot to the astrological calendar. I've spent nine years backstage at major live events learning how culture actually moves through a room.

All of it taught me the same thing: before a brand can be seen clearly, it has to know what it actually is.

That's the work I do first. Then we build the thing.

I work with elevated independent brands in the creative, wellness, and spiritual space, founders who want a thought partner as much as a designer. My clients come through referral and tend to find me when they're ready to stop hiding in plain sight.
